Giveaways: When you register or enter for a giveaway, we ask for and collect your name and email address only. We must have this information in order to contact you if you win. We may from time to time email you about other giveaways or promotions on our website or on behalf of our affiliates. We do not give your name or email address to any other entities. If you do not wish to receive further emails from us, you may opt out of receiving our emails.
Winners: If you win a giveaway, in order to send your prize, we will need your name, address and phone number. (We need your phone number to contact you if there are any problems delivering your prize and, if necessary, to confirm that you did receive your prize. We will not contact you by phone for promotional purposes.) Also, additional information may be required, as outlined in #8 of our Baltimore Harbor Guide Giveaway(s) Official Rules. (Link) For smaller prizes, most of the additional information in Rule #8 will not be needed. We will only need the information mentioned in this clause, above. However, for larger prizes we may require some or all of the information for use as outlined in Rule #8. If this extra information will be required, i.e. photos of you receiving your prize, etc., you will be informed when entering that if you win, the extra information will be required to receive your prize. We will publish all winners’ names and general locations, i.e. city or town and state on the Baltimore Harbor Guide website and any other venues we deem appropriate, primarily for, but not limited to, the purpose of informing the public that winners were declared and the prizes were awarded. For each prize won, the winner’s full name and address (not phone number) may be provided to the merchant who will be fulfilling the prize given by Impact Associates (Sponsor). For some prizes, if required by the merchant or Impact Associates (Sponsor), you may be required to show your identification at the time of redeeming the prize to prove that you are the winner.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
